After over two long months following the impact of Hurricane Ian to southwest Florida, DiamondHead Beach Resort is pleased to announce the phased reopening of the Resort. As we keep safety in mind, a limited number of resort suites will be available starting Wednesday, December 14, 2022.
The team at DiamondHead has worked tirelessly alongside a number of partners and vendors to restore and begin necessary repairs throughout the property. With all essential services restored, and a portion of the 121 one-bedroom suites ready for guest occupancy, the resort is now prepared to provide accommodations for those continuing the rebuilding efforts of Ft. Myers Beach.

We want to express our deepest appreciation for the countless first responders, community leaders and officials who have worked relentlessly to help in the recovery efforts”.
Reservations are now being accepted for arrival beginning December 14, 2022 for first responders, displaced residents, emergency personnel, relief and construction crews assisting in the recovery of Hurricane Ian. Additional reservations can be made for those conducting business on or near Ft. Myers Beach, such as adjusters, contractors, repairmen and the like. We hope to continue to
add inventory in the coming weeks.
Resort amenities are not yet available, however food and beverage operations are also scheduled to open on Friday, December 9. A casual menu will be available seven days a week, with limited hours from 11AM - 7PM in the restaurant located on the lobby level of DiamondHead.
Reservations can only be made by calling 888-976-2079 and will require payment at the time of booking. Availability is limited and a minimum length of stay may be required.
