Gainesville, FL - 2021 - Hotel ELEO at the University of Florida announces ELEO Exclusive, a program that facilitates safe, productive meetings and events by creating a “bubble” environment. The program offers safe solutions for meetings including full-floor buyouts, hybrid meeting options, and creative catering offers.

In addition to the floor-by-floor buyout, Hotel ELEO’s program works with each group to tailor the program to best meet their needs. Options include separate registration areas, meeting rooms disinfected during breaks, as well as creative catering choices such as grab-and-go meals and pre-packaged snacks for team breaks.

The ELEO Exclusive meeting bubble program, designed to facilitate safe, productive meetings and events, follows local regulations and CDC guidelines for the safety and well-being of guests and employees. All hotel team members wear face coverings. Seating has been reduced and spaced in meeting rooms, restaurants and public spaces, including the lobby. Public spaces are disinfected frequently as are high touch areas including elevator buttons, door handles and handrails. Hand sanitizer stations are provided in public areas, at elevator banks, and at meeting room entrances.
