Celebrating the soft opening of its taproom on Friday, Oct. 25, 2024, The Collective at Escape will welcome visitors to its new dynamic hub for beer enthusiasts and food lovers. Escape Brewing’s new location will more than double its brewing capacity, offering 20 beer taps flowing with a wide variety of seasonal and specialty beers. Later this Fall, travelers can return to experience The Collective’s food hall which will offer six of Tampa Bay’s most exciting food spots, including Gallito Taqueria, Dang Dude, Jimmy Renner’s Burger Co., 3 Corners Pizza, Florida Donut Lab, and ĀTO Burrito and Bowls.

On Saturday, Oct. 26, 2024, and Sunday, Oct. 27, 2024, the city of New Port Richey will celebrate an event that’s 100 years in the making. Travelers are invited to join one of Florida’s most walkable, waterfront, historic towns as New Port Richey celebrates its Centennial with a weekend of events and activities honoring the past, present, and future of New Port Richey. Throughout the weekend, visitors can shop from local vendors, enjoy live music in Sims Park, and experience the Centennial Drone Show which is sure to light up the night sky that Saturday, or enjoy a family-friendly Centennial Picnic in the Park on Sunday among other events. Also taking place this weekend, the 20th Annual Wesley Chapel Fall Festival & Carnival returns for a spooky weekend of family-friendly fun with two stages full of entertainment and performances. Happening Oct. 26-27, 2024, the season will be properly celebrated with live bands, costume contests, pet costume parades, carnival rides, and their annual Trunk or Treat, an event promoted by dozens of local businesses who strive to promote safe Trick-or-Treating. Visitors can also indulge in Pasco County’s largest international food truck rally with over 50 food vendors offering their specialized creations.

While travelers don’t expect to see snow when they venture to Florida in the Winter, Dade City has found a way to make the impossible possible with its one-of-a-kind snow park, Snowcat Ridge – the only place to experience snow in the Sunshine State! Available to experience once Halloween exits the stage on Nov. 1, 2024, guests can properly transition from Fall to Winter as they take on Snowy Slopes, the park’s Alpine Village, and much more. Guests can fully immerse themselves in this wintry escape in the middle of Florida
as they build snowmen in The Arctic Igloo, an arena filled with real “snow.” The Crystal Ribbon offers an outdoor ice skating outing unlike any other where skaters can lace up and glide gracefully across the ribbon- shaped ice rink. Visitors can even tube down the flagship 60-foot tall, 400-foot long snow tubing hill featuring single, tandem, and 10-person snow tubing, the perfect adventure to cap off a snowy day. Whether it's during the day under Florida's sunny skies, or at night amidst the festive music and light shows, Snowcat Ridge has something for everyone. Featuring a variety of vendors offering food, drinks, beer, wine, and shopping, the Alpine Village also offers a cozy campfire, where guests can roast s’mores while enjoying the perfect view of the entire winter wonderland.

Visitors can continue to prepare for the excitement of Halloween by scheduling a trip to Dade City’s award-winning horror park, Scream-A-Geddon, open now through Nov. 2, 2024, with new immersive and award-winning scares. Florida’s renowned horror park features six haunted attractions and a Monster Midway filled with terrors, games, drinks, and snacks. Recognized as one of the most riveting haunted parks in the country, horror fans looking to celebrate Spooky Season can embark on a haunt-filled adventure, exploring
the Bloodwater Bayou, Ravenhill Asylum, Demon’s Revenge, Blackpool Prison, and Rage 3D, as well as partake in Zombie Paintball Assault. Once hearts are racing, guests 21 years of age and older can wind down and recharge with a drink at Bonzo’s Beer Garden before partaking in another round of frights.
