Viewers cannot get enough of home renovation shows, and HGTV is bringing all those eyeballs to Florida.

The newest season of the station’s “Rock the Block” show, which kicked off March 4, spotlights Treasure Island, located just north of St. Pete Beach on Florida’s Gulf Coast. The destination is as fun as the name implies, with miles of white-sand beaches, glistening turquoise waters, and endless family fun.

The showcase continues next season on HGTV’s “Hometown Makeover,” which will take place in Sebring. Outdoor adventures await in attractions such as Highlands Hammock State Park or Sebring International Raceway.

Finally, the station’s show, “Dream Home,” features Anastasia Island, a 14-mile stretch located near St. Augustine in northeast Florida. Filled with rich history and iconic spots such as the St. Augustine Lighthouse, the Coquina Quarry at Anastasia State Park and the Matanzas Inlet – it’s definitely a place where dreams are made of.

Florida has always been a popular choice for urbanites around the U.S. to pay top dollar for its property thanks to its beautiful weather year-round and numerous outdoor activities.
