GAINESVILLE (September 2020) -- Hotel ELEO at the University of Florida opened July 2020. The ribbon-cutting ceremony was held September 2020 and followed Covid19 prevention guidelines and protocols. No guests or media attended the ribbon-cutting. A video and image were released to mark the occasion and introduce the hotel and restaurant to the community. Both the Hotel ELEO and Covey Kitchen + Cocktails have received rave reviews and steady business growth.
