Resorts Top the List with #1 and #2 spots
The St. Pete-Clearwater area continues to stand out, garnering recognition through its award-winning beaches & culinary offerings as well as accommodation options. The results are in and the recent announcement of this year's Condé Nast Traveler's Readers' Choice Awards 2025 recognized two hotel properties in Clearwater Beach.
The Hyatt Regency Clearwater Beach Resort & Spa secured the top spot, with the JW Marriott Clearwater Beach Resort & Spa joining in second place, under the Top Resorts in Florida category.
Further solidifying the area's reputation for exceptional accommodations, the historic and iconic The Don CeSar was also recognized, securing a spot (#9) under the Top 10 Hotels in Florida category.
