The new season of the Netflix series “Somebody Feed Phil” just came out and features Orlando! The series, hosted by “Everybody Loves Raymond” creator Phil Rosenthal, is an unscripted culinary travel series now in its seventh season. This season he visits Capa Steakhouse & Bar at Four Seasons Resort Orlando.

Is it any surprise? After all, the esteemed MICHELIN guide series even dedicated a whole guide to Florida in 2022, proving that the state’s cuisine is par excellence.

And there’s even more news this winter as the MICHELIN guide announced the inclusion of 19 new restaurants into the guide. Now everyone’s waiting to see what happens in April when the guide announces which restaurants received the coveted MICHELIN stars.

There are currently 19 starred restaurants in Miami, Orlando, and Tampa that visitors can experience—humble brag.

Florida has it all when it comes to dining. From gourmet restaurants vying for awards to humble seafood shacks selling local catches, visitors can dive into the state’s culinary heritage. Unique dishes like key lime pie mingle with international influences, Latin American flavors, and local produce—just try to find a cuisine not represented in any corner of the state!
