Amrit Ocean Resort, the newly opened resort on Singer Island, is a luxury, four-story, beachfront wellness resort. It features wellness-inspired guest rooms, and the largest spa facility in Florida with amenities such as an Aayush Hydrotherapy Circuit. In addition, guests have access to a fitness center, a hammam and a salon. The resort offers a variety of dining concepts for breakfast, lunch and dinner, including TULĀ, the resort's signature, vegetable forward oceanside restaurant; LALA, the lobby bar and lounge; and Jeevi, Amrit's cozy grab-and-go lobby market serving coffee, tea and prepared snacks. Additional dining concepts are set to open in 2025.

The Amrit current incentive offers a $100 resort credit per guest/per stay for attendees to have an unforgettable wellness experience, available for bookings through December 31, 2024. 

Debuting at the end of this year, The Belgrove in West Palm Beach is a one-of-a-kind modern oasis celebrating polished elegance and laid-back luxury. The resort will have a highly experienced team of culinary professionals, event planners, catering and butler staff, and a dedicated concierge for every type of gathering and event.  

Eau Palm Beach Resort & Spa in Manalapan, a distinguished member of the Preferred Hotels & Resorts Legend Collection, has announced its acquisition by Larry Ellison. Marking a significant milestone in the resort’s illustrious history, Ellison aims to preserve the resort’s legacy of excellence with plans to invest in future updates that will further elevate the guest experience 

On October 18, the resort will unveil Nobu Manalapan, a preview dining experience helmed by Nobu Restaurant Group and globally-renowned Chef Nobu Matsuhisa. Taking over the resort’s Bokēn and Stir Bar & Terrace spaces, the preview will feature the highly-acclaimed Nobu menu, known for its unique take on traditional Japanese cuisine with contemporary Peruvian ingredients alongside Nobu cocktails.  

The Singer Oceanfront Resort, Curio Collection by Hilton is the newly renovated resort nestled on four miles of pristine beach on Singer Island. With direct beachfront access, The Singer Resort offers a coastal escape with 223 renovated guest rooms and suites, multiple onsite dining concepts including the island’s only beachfront bar, Top Shell, signature restaurant Caretta Caretta, poolside bar and grab-and-go style Market at Singer. The Singer Resort boasts some of the area’s most stunning views for groups and social gatherings.  

Caretta Caretta at The Singer Oceanfront Resort is now open Curio Collection by Hilton. Located on a pristine, four-mile stretch of this hidden enclave just outside of Palm Beach. Its name an homage to the Loggerhead sea turtle commonly found throughout Florida’s marine environment, Caretta Caretta takes inspiration from the coast and welcomes guests as a playful oceanfront concept designed to evoke a joyful, carefree dining experience. Helmed by Chef Glenn Rogers, Caretta Caretta features a menu of refined coastal fare sourced directly from local waters and spotlights seasonal ingredients with approachable preparations. Diners will find small plates and shareables in addition to larger, entrée style portions, allowing flexibility to enjoy everything from a quick bite at happy hour to a multi-course dinner. Caretta Caretta is open daily from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m., offering breakfast, lunch, and dinner for both resort guests and local visitors and residents of the Palm Beach area. The highly anticipated opening of Palm House is set for this November, marking the debut U.S. property for London-based L+R Hotels’ prestigious Iconic Luxury Hotels collection. The luxury hotel is intimate in size, featuring 79 spacious guest rooms and suites, making it an ideal setting for full buyouts. Additional amenities include the chic Palm Bar where elegance meets craft cocktails, the Sunset Pool Deck with cabana beds and poolside service, and the Palm House Dining Room for all-day culinary indulgence.   

The Boca Raton, South Florida’s iconic private members club and resort, announces the debut of the reimagined Beach Club, opening December 2024. When the $120 million investment is complete, the luxury oceanfront escape will seamlessly connect to its golden beach backdrop through a stunning redesign and curated experiences. Club members and resort guests will set their own pace at Beach Club with new restaurants, a cocktail lounge and café, new fitness facility, dynamic oceanside event spaces, new member arrival experience, and a transformation of guest rooms and suites overlooking a half-mile stretch of private beach along the Atlantic Ocean.  

Beach Club’s reimagination marks the second phase of The Boca Raton’s overall $375 million transformation.  

The Ben Hotel will offer visitors a unique Winter Wonderland experience this holiday season. South Florida's first and only real outdoor ice-skating rink will be located right outside the hotel's front doors. Thanks to Ice America’s cutting-edge technology, the rink will stay perfectly frozen with a state-of-the-art refrigeration system, ensuring a high-quality skating experience under the palm trees. Families, friends, and couples are invited to lace up their skates and glide across the ice, surrounded by festive decorations, specialized lighting, and music that will make them feel as if they have been transported to a snow-capped village. Ice skates will be available for rent to all ages.   

The Breakers Palm Beach, one of America’s most iconic resorts, has embarked on a full-scale renovation of its renowned tennis and racquet facilities nestled within 140 acres of oceanfront property, to be unveiled later this year. This comprehensive $12M project, spanning over 104K sq. ft., will introduce 16 state-the-art, open-air courts – inclusive of tennis, pickleball, and padel – each with an exclusive comfort and refreshment cabana. Anticipated to be completed by the end of 2024, this investment underscores the company’s commitment to elevating its unparalleled collection of amenities for hotel guests and club members. 

With reverence for classic tennis culture, the remodel will enhance the active leisure lifestyle, featuring a sophisticated ambiance reminiscent of a grand estate. For example, elegant white fencing will encircle the grounds and courts, defining each space, while seamlessly blending with the hotel’s timeless charm. In addition, The Breakers has enlisted its long-standing partner, Tihany Design, to further enrich the casually chic aesthetic with stylish furnishings that are inviting, purposeful, and uniquely Palm Beach. 

Uniting once again with owner-partners, Reuben Brothers – following the success of the opening of Hotel La Palma in Capri in summer 2023 – Oetker Collection is taking its European hospitality to the U.S. for the first time, to open The Vineta Hotel in Palm Beach at the end of 2024. Paying homage to the hotel’s legacy, Oetker Collection is bringing back the Vineta name that it held for over 50 years, heralding a bold new chapter in the building’s nearly 100-year history.  With its distinct historic façade, it is a quintessential example of Mediterranean Revival architecture for which Palm Beach is famed.  The landmark building will be restored and reborn as The Vineta Hotel following a top-to-toe renovation back to its original splendor, led by Paris-based interior designer, Tino Zervudachi.

The former Leopard Lounge – in its heyday, a popular Palm Beach night spot for celebrities and locals alike – will undergo a full transformation. Elegant and discreet; this restaurant will become the new gathering place of choice in Palm Beach for laid-back, atmospheric lunches and buzzy dinners. Meanwhile, against a lush backdrop of flowering vines and palms, the emblematic courtyard will transform into the ultimate al fresco dining destination.  A highly exclusive play on the statement ‘American Bar’ is being conceived, with only a handful of seats, as well as a brand-new Mediterranean-inspired, indoor/outdoor poolside restaurant.  

Delta Hotels West Palm Beach has debuted as Delta Hotels by Marriott’s first full-service property in South Florida, featuring 199 rooms and 6,000 square feet of versatile event space. The hotel offers a signature restaurant and bar, The Dive Bar, as well as a grab-and-go café, a state-of-the-art fitness center, a refreshing pool, and family-friendly suites. The hotel provides a complimentary airport shuttle service, and the rooms include ample space for both work and lounging as well as complimentary Wi-Fi and bottled water.  

The Ray Hotel, an acclaimed 141-room property in Delray has been acquired by TMGOC Ventures in partnership with Certares. TMGOC Ventures is a real estate investment firm based in Boca Raton and Charleston, and Certares is a leading global investment firm focused exclusively on the travel and hospitality industries. 

The Ray, which opened in September of 2021, is an urban retreat located in the heart of Delray Beach’s vibrant restaurant, arts, and cultural scene. The hotel’s three full-service dining outlets include offerings from Michelin-starred Chef Akira Back and Campi Italian by New York-based Host Restaurants. Other amenities include a lavish rooftop restaurant and bar, a rooftop pool deck, an 1,800-square-foot fitness center, and modern event spaces.
