VISIT FLORIDA has launched two new interactive “Finder tools” to help visitors plan their holidays and discover new activities around the Sunshine State. The Florida Daytrip Finder and the Craft Beverage Finder are in addition to VISIT FLORIDA’s existing Florida Beach Finder and Florida Attraction Finder, which helps visitors find their perfect beach or attraction.

The Florida Daytrip Finder

VISIT FLORIDA’s research shows that in 2018, 68% of British Travellers visited more than one destination during their Florida holiday. With the new Florida Daytrip Finder, visitors can discover even more places to explore. Users simply select the city they want to explore from and tune their preferences, choosing whether they want a full daytrip or something nearby, a popular attraction or a hidden gem, an active or relaxing activity and finally, a cultural or natural experience. The Florida Daytrip Finder immediately delivers suggestions that best match within a three-hour drive. With every tweak of the tuner, there is something new to inspire visitors.

The Craft Beverage Finder

The Craft Beverage Finder is an interactive planning tool that allows travellers to tune their preferences in four ranges of brewery, winery and distillery personalities to find what best fits their needs. Select the venue type you wish to enjoy a tipple at and adjust the interactive slider to find the perfect brewery, winery or distillery. Pulling from a catalogue of 390 breweries, wineries and distilleries, from rustic to polished, beachside to street side, and all options in between, the tool produces a selection of recommended places to suit your preferences.

As more visitors seek off the beaten path experiences, the Florida Finder tools enable new visitors to enjoy a truly unique experience in Florida, whilst returning visitors are inspired to find a new Florida adventure.
