“Unbelievably good dirty soda” makes its way to Central Florida

Just like Bigfoot, you won’t believe it until you see it yourself! Sodasquatch is now open at Dezerland Action Park Orlando, and the family business is putting a new twist on the classic soda shop concept.

Popularized in Utah, “Dirty Soda” took the internet by storm when the creative combinations of soda, flavored syrup and cream went viral on TikTok in 2022. The refreshing, custom drinks are now available in Central Florida, and residents can visit Sodasquatch at Dezerland Action Park Orlando to try the treat for themselves.

Sodasquatch offers six soda bases, Coke, Coke Zero, Sprite, Dr. Pepper, Barq’s Root Beer and Mountain Dew, which can be customized in limitless combinations with flavored syrups and even a splash of cream if visitors are feeling adventurous.

Guests don’t have to do all the work on their own. The team at Sodasquatch has created 10 Signature Soda options, each named after a regional nickname for Sasquatch from around the world. The Bigfoot features Dr. Pepper with raspberry and coconut flavorings and a splash of cream, and the Momo combines Sprite with blueberry and lemon syrups for a refreshing drink.

“In our travels, we’ve seen similar shops, but there was nothing like it anywhere in Florida,” says Stefanie Dowdy, co-owner of Sodasquatch. “While on a trip with a friend, we were discussing her love of Bigfoot and our love of sodas which led my husband, Chris, to create the name Sodasquatch and the ball started rolling!”

Sodasquatch offers the drinks in three sizes, and prices range from $4 to $5.50, making it an affordable experience for the whole family. The store will also serve scrumptious frosted sugar cookies for $3.

A refreshing beverage from Sodasquatch is the perfect way to complement a fun-filled day at Dezerland Action Park. Guests can explore the park’s attractions, including a 30,000-square-foot trampoline park, virtual reality arena, laser tag maze and Florida's longest indoor go-kart track with four skill and speed levels. Families can also visit the Orlando Auto Museum and see vehicles made famous by television and movies, military vehicles, classic cars and more.

Entrance to Dezerland Action Park is always free, and guests can load credits onto a Play Card to access many of the entertainment center’s attractions. Entrance to the Orlando Auto Museum must be purchased separately.
