VISIT FLORIDA announced that Florida Huddle and Encounter 2024 will now take place Feb. 4-6, 2024, replacing the July 29-31 dates announced at Florida Huddle and Encounter 2023. These events will still take place at the Miami Beach Convention Center, hosted in partnership with the Greater Miami Convention & Visitors Bureau.
Florida Huddle is the Sunshine State’s Official Travel Trade Show, showcasing the best of Florida to international and domestic tour operators, wholesalers and media with one-on-one-appointments, educational sessions, and networking. Florida partners that typically attend are CVBs, hotels, resorts, attractions, and theme parks.
Florida Encounter, one of the longest running appointment trade shows in the MICE industry, will take place in conjunction with Florida Huddle 2024. Encounter features appointments between fully hosted, qualified planners with proven business for Florida and Florida suppliers.
