Visit Lake - Lake County, FL Hurricane Ian Update
The majority of Lake County, Florida, just 30 minutes west of Orlando, saw very minimal impact from Hurricane Ian. Any downed trees or light flooding was remedied within days. They are seeing no impact for visitors to any of their accommodations or attraction offerings. A very rural northern portion of the county, the unincorporated community of Astor, is seeing continued flooding impacts, but it is not impacting the main area for visitors.
