Daytona Aquarium & Rainforest Adventure - Daytona Beach - NOW OPEN: The Daytona Aquarium & Rainforest Adventure in Daytona Beach opened in early 2024 and is the destination’s first aquarium offering an interactive educational experience featuring animals from both land and sea. The 55,000-square foot facility will be located on the northwest corner of International Speedway Blvd. and Nova Road in the heart of Daytona Beach. Plans for the aquarium include close to 40 separate tanks including a 110,000 gallon shark tank and a stingray touch pool. There will also be habitats for alligators and crocodiles, frogs and snakes and an indoor rainforest with bushes, trees, rocks, sloths, armadillos and various types of birds
Dolly Parton’s Pirates Voyage Dinner and Show - Panama City Beach - Spring 2025: Country music icon Dolly Parton is bringing swashbuckling fun to Panama City Beach’s Pier Park with a captivating new attraction. Opening in Spring 2025, the immersive dinner show will feature epic pirate battles and spectacular stunts inside a sprawling 60,000-square-foot theatre, with two full-sized pirate ships and an indoor lagoon. Families can enjoy a four-course feast and action-packed entertainment with songs written by Dolly, enchanting mermaids, tropical birds, playful sea lions and more.
Friendship Fountain - Jacksonville - NOW OPEN: St. Johns River Park, located on the Southbank waterfront and home to Friendship Fountain, underwent a $6 million transformation. Plans included a botanical garden, themed play park, splash pad, concessions and fountain upgrades. Central to the park is an upgraded fountain with fully functional dancing jets choreographed to music and lights, boasting “water cinema”.
St. Johns Botanical Garden & Nature Preserve - Hastings - NOW OPEN: The St. Johns Botanical Garden & Nature Preserve is all about conservation of rare and endangered species of plants from around the world, as well as natural resources and native plants and animals. This beautiful preserve located along Deep Creek in the rural Hastings, Florida opened to the public in October 2023 providing guided tours and programs, as well as classes on plant identification, xeriscaping, landscaping, native plants, water conservation, and so much more.
The Top of the Center - Pensacola - Late 2024: Slated to open at the end of 2024 and into early 2025, The Top of The Center is where evolution meets elevation. Positioned atop The Clark Family Cultural Center, the rooftop venue will offer panoramic views of Pensacola Bay and Historic Downtown Pensacola. Quite literally designed to provide an “elevated” experience for the arts, The Top of the Center will accommodate live performances, private dining + events, as well as serve as a pre-show sip + see for Pensacola Little Theatre programming.
121 Financial Ballpark - Jacksonville - 2025: 121 Financial Ballpark, home of the Jacksonville Jumbo Shrimp minor league baseball team, is set to be ready to open for the start of the 2025 season after their 31.8 million dollar renovation plan. The improvements include a larger video board, an enhanced club space, a new multilevel building in right field and front porch at center field to greet guests.

Cabot Citrus Farms - Brooksville - NOW OPEN: Welcome to Cabot Citrus Farms, Cabot’s first American property in its diverse collection of world-class golf. Located in the central-west region of Florida, Cabot Citrus Farms is set across 1,200-acres of pristine natural beauty. It features two revitalized 18-hole golf courses, one 9-hole course, an 11-hole par-3 course, a new clubhouse and an unparalleled practice facility. Clermont National Golf Course - Clermont - NOW OPEN: The Clermont National course now features a new modernized irrigation system, bunker repairs, re-grassed fairways with Bimini Bermuda and resurfacing of the greens with Sunday Bermuda grass. The course is now open to the public.

DreamWorks Land - Universal Orlando Resort - Orlando - NOW OPEN: This summer, Universal Orlando Resort debuted DreamWorks Land – a vibrant new themed environment inspired by DreamWorks Animation’s beloved characters Shrek, Trolls and Kung Fu Panda. The Florida Aquarium - Tampa - 2025: The Florida Aquarium is currently undergoing a $45 million expansion—the largest in its history. In 2025, guests can enjoy the opening of the second phase of the project, which includes a new tide pool touch experience. The space features an expansive touch experience that triples the size of the current exhibit, a new tide pool water feature, and aquatic lounge where guests can enjoy the sights and sounds of this new experience.
The Florida Holocaust Museum - St. Pete - Early 2025: The Florida Holocaust Museum, one of the largest Holocaust museums in the country, is currently undergoing its first phase of renovations and expansion project. With plans to reopen in early 2025, this expansion will feature an exclusive exhibit showcasing the collection of Elie Wiesel, a Holocaust survivor and Nobel Prize laureate dedicated to educating the world about the Holocaust. This will be the only place in the world to see these items, including his Nobel Prize, personal journals, and more. The expansion will also include space for the Danish rescue boat, Thor, which played a crucial role in rescuing over 7,000 Jews from Nazi-occupied Denmark
Journey of Water, Inspired by Moana - EPCOT- Walt Disney World - Orlando - NOW OPEN: Journey of Water, inspired by Moana, will open at EPCOT in October of 2023. Guests will take a self-guided stroll along an outdoor trail where they can play and interact with water as it travels from the sky to the oceans and back again. Along the way, learn about the importance of water and discover its playful personality - just as Moana did on her heroic voyage. Journey of Water will open within World Nature, the EPCOT neighborhood dedicated to understanding and preserving the beauty and balance of the natural world.
Judson’s at Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts - Orlando - NOW OPEN: Opened early 2024, Judson’s is the fourth indoor performance space at downtown Orlando’s Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts, joining Steinmetz Hall (which opened in 2022), the Walt Disney Theater, and the Alexis & Jim Pugh Theater. The dynamic music room will host live performances with intimate, cabaret-style seating for up to 150 guests.
LEGO Ferrari Build and Race Experience - LEGOLAND Florida Resort - Winter Haven - NOW OPEN: From your imagination to the racetrack... Mote Science Education Aquarium - Sarasota - Late 2024: Mote Science Education Aquarium (Mote SEA), a new state-of-the-art aquarium is set to open in late 2024 in Nathan Benderson Park. Mote SEA will be an iconic building unique to Southwest Florida, where wonder and learning begin. Key West Wildlife Center - Key West - Early 2025: The Key West Wildlife Center is unveiling a new elevated lime-green avian clinic and a welcome center, both targeted for completion in early 2025, within the 7-acre Sonny McCoy Indigenous Park at 1801 White St. near Atlantic Boulevard. The clinic is to offer therapy baths and digital X-rays to better serve native and injured wildlife. The new $2.4
million facility is to feature a dedicated treatment area with additional interior space for patient care, more exterior space for rehabilitation and protected space for education and outreach.
Marathon Wild Bird Center - Marathon - NOW OPEN: In Marathon, the 63.5-acre Crane Point Museum & Nature Trails has unveiled its all-new home for the Marathon Wild Bird Center with educational bird enclosures, a shaded outdoor seating area, and a hospital and rehabilitation facility for treatment of sick and injured rescued wild birds. The facility can shelter more than 40 nonreleasable birds and continues to treat about 750 birds annually. Since 1995 the hospital has rehabilitated more than 25,000 wild birds of different species and released them back into their natural habitat. Mega Mayhem: Dueling Water Coaster -Rapids Waterpark - Riviera Beach - NOW OPEN: Rapids Waterpark, South Florida's largest water park, announced the new ride has opened– MEGA MAYHEM, Dueling Water Coaster. The new attraction is designed and manufactured by ProSlide Technology Inc. and is its Dueling PIPELine Blast/Flying SAUCER20 model. The Naples Pier - Napes - Late 2025: Beloved local icon, the Naples Pier, is slated to re-open in late 2025. Newest renderings include a revamped design built to withstand any potential future storms with structural improvements, but also leisure features such as two shaded areas (one at the end and one mid-way along the pier) for concession stands, 16 bump-out benches for optimal Gulf viewing, enhanced ADA accessibility (stairs to the beach will be two times wider than before and will be located closer to the restrooms). As the sun dips below the Gulf of Mexico, few other locations quintessentially capture the relaxed and luxurious lifestyle the city of Naples is known for. The Protect Center Whale & Dolphin Hospital - Islamorada - 2024: The Dolphins Plus Marine Mammal Responder rescue group is targeting a spring 2024 opening of The Protect Center Whale & Dolphin Hospital as South Florida's only teaching veterinary hospital treating injured whales, bottlenose dolphins and other marine mammals. Located at 82748 Overseas Highway bayside, the new facility is to include a 40-foot-diameter pool for long-term marine mammal rehabilitation, an educational classroom and a 3,000-square-foot marine wildlife conservation–themed museum.
