The Equestrain Manor at WEC - Ocala - 2026: Expected to open in the first quarter of 2026, The Equestrian Manor at World Equestrian Center – Ocala will be located next to The Riding Academy Hotel, WEC’s newest asset which opened in spring of 2024. The Equestrian Manor will be purpose-built to accommodate meetings and events, including weddings of various sizes. The facility will feature 80,000 square feet of traditional meeting space including grand and junior ballrooms, meeting rooms, pre-function space, a dedicated bridal suite, banquet space, covered balconies, an expansive outdoor event lawn and pavilion, and more. Plans for the space also include four additional restaurants, including two rooftop concepts and private dining rooms.

Coastal Convention Center - Fontainebleau Miami Beach - Miami - NOW OPEN: Fontainebleau Miami Beach, South Florida’s iconic oceanfront luxury resort, has unveiled one of the most significant expansions in its seven-decade history with the opening of the all-new Coastal Convention Center. Spanning five stories and 45,000 square feet, this state-of-the-art facility features a versatile, modern design to elevate customized business and leisure events – ranging from personal and intimate to grand, large-scale events – within Miami’s booming social and convention tourism industry.
Broward County Convention Center - Fort Lauderdale - 2026: The Greater Fort Lauderdale/Broward County Convention Center’s highly anticipated full completion in 2026 will expand the facility's size to 1.2 million sq. ft., adding an additional 525,000 sq. ft. over the previous center's size. Along with the completion of the convention center, the 29-story Omni Fort Lauderdale will open, featuring 801 guest rooms and 82 suites offering stunning views of the ocean and city. A range of on-site amenities includes six distinct dining destinations, a full-service Mokara Spa, an elevated pool deck with captivating views and a fitness center with an open-air yoga deck.
