Asado Life - St. Augustine - NOW OPEN: Opened in October 2022, Asado Life proudly features Leña - An Asado Dining Experience with live grilling at a unique, waterfront location, in historic Saint Augustine, FL. Asado Life is open for dining experiences by reservation Thursday-Sunday each week. Guests get to pre-select their dining experience: Waterfront Asado, Asado Dining Room, Barcuterie, Asador's Club, The Table, and more. All dinners are preselected from a Chef/Asador's choice menu.
Black Prong Bar & Grill at the Black Prong Equestrian Village - Bronson - NOW OPEN: In an area with limited options for elegant dining, Black Prong Equestrian Village is excited to announce the opening of the Black Prong Bar & Grill in December 2022! This addition to the property provides another dining option and gathering place for resort guests and members of the surrounding community. Featuring a cozy lounge, guests can relax and enjoy cocktails from the full-service bar and creative culinary experiences.
Lotus Noodle Bar - St. Augustine - NOW OPEN: Opened in November 2022, former alumnus of 3-Star Michelin restaurant Le Bernardin in NYC, Chef Barry Honan has brought his new restaurant, Lotus Noodle Bar to St. Augustine. Chef Barry will expand his creative culinary journey, elevating Ramen to a different level. Lotus has a style that is described as modern Japanese integrated with French techniques.
Pesca by Michael's - St. Augustine - January 2023: Popular St. Augustine Chef Michael Lugo is opening his next great Florida Restaurant in January 2023, Pesca by Michael. This dining establishment will combine bold Latin flavors with fresh Florida local sourced ingredients . Comprised of an elegant dining room inspired by Miami’s Art Deco architecture, along with a rooftop bar and grill offering live music and panoramic coastal views, Pesca by Michael’s will bring a new and exciting culinary concept to Northeast Florida’s growing culinary scene.
CENTRAL REGION
The 301 - Sebring - NOW OPEN: A new nano craft brewery, micro-distillery, and Italian eatery from the owners of Sugar Sand Distillery. The distillery will be a true Florida craft distillery, distilling on site from produce grown locally by the owners. The brewery will produce one barrel at a time, featuring four-to-six different types of beer.
Blue Bamboo Bar - Discovery Cove - Orlando - NOW OPEN: This tiki-style bar is beautiful enough as it is, with wooden swing seats and exotic blue bamboo details, but its location on the shores of Serenity Bay makes it even more picturesque. After you’ve taken a selfie in front of the ‘Paradise Found’ bamboo wall, you can grab some snacks, including cookies, soft pretzels and crisps, or settle in for a refreshing drink (or two).
The Cake Bake Shop by Gwendolyn Rogers - Orlando - 2023: An Indiana-based table service restaurant and bakery, The Cake Bake Shop by Gwendolyn Rogers will open a new location at Disney’s BoardWalk in 2023. The restaurant will offer savory and sweet options, along with afternoon tea service, in a whimsical atmosphere. Offering a turn-of-the-20th-century seaside setting, Disney’s Boardwalk is part of Walt Disney World Resort and does not require theme park admission to enjoy.
Descend 21 at Hyatt Regency Orlando - Orlando - NOW OPEN: Opening February 2023, Hyatt Regency Orlando’s newest food & beverage concept – Descend 21. Named for the number of steps in its curved staircase entrance, the social club and entertainment lounge will offer a dynamic indoor-outdoor experience for guests and private events. In addition to communal tables, lounge seating and an expanded terrace with fire pits, guests will be able to enjoy billiards, electric darts and Topgolf Swing Suites® while tuning into multiple TVs for the latest action.
Rosa Mexicano - Orlando - Early 2023: Opening its first Orlando-area location at Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Resort in early 2023, Rosa Mexicano showcases a contemporary interpretation of authentic Mexican cuisine, including beloved classics and innovative dishes that pay tribute to Mexico’s richly varied culinary regions. The restaurant will also feature an extensive beverage program boasting over 100 varieties of tequila and agave-based spirits.
Woody’s Roundup Rodeo - Hollywood Studios - Walt Disney World - Orlando - Spring 2023: Andy’s backyard is getting ready for more toys! Roundup Rodeo BBQ will open in Spring 2023 in Disney’s Hollywood Studios to welcome guests for delicious barbecue and toy-sized fun. Using his imagination, Woody’s Roundup toys, and other playthings, Andy has built a rodeo restaurant for all his pals. Enter the dining room and discover just how much fun Andy had creating a rollicking place for honorary toys to enjoy barbecue-inspired comfort foods served family-style, with platters of house-smoked meats, a roundup of sides and some miniature sweet surprises along the way.
SOUTHERN REGION
Bob's Bunz New Location - Islamorada - NOW OPEN: In Islamorada the well-known Bob’s Bunz, known for its hamburger-sized cinnamon and sticky buns dubbed the “best Bunz in town,” has a new location at 81001 Overseas Highway, opened Fall 2022. The eatery offers popular grab-to-go treats such as souvenir brown bags with bite-sized Key lime cookies homemade with Key lime white chocolate chips and a hint of coconut. It’s open daily from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Bōken at Eau Palm Beach Resort & Spa - Palm Beach - NOW OPEN: Opened December 2022, Palm Beach's first Omakase experience has debuted at Eau Palm Beach Resort & Spa with the opening of Bōken. The intimate 12-seat Omakase dining experience takes guests on an epicurean journey through five culinary adventures with 15 courses total, prepared and presented by Chef Chris Cantrel. The menu is upon chef's whim based on the fresh catch and seasonal ingredients and features local fish and premium fish to offer a modern take on sushi, sashimi and nigiri.
The Fort Social - St. Lucie - NOW OPEN: In Historic Downtown Fort Pierce, visitors will discover “the art of socializing” at The Fort Social. A spinoff of the celebrated Fort Steakhouse, The Fort Social designed its menu to cater to socializing with burgers and steaks alongside shared plates.
Hof’s House of Sweets - Fort Lauderdale - NOW OPEN: South Florida-based Hoffman’s Chocolates has opened Hof’s House of Sweets in Downtown Fort Lauderdale. Opened in September 2022, the new concept offers locals and tourists alike a chance to indulge in a living room-style setting to sample donuts, waffles, whoopie pies, milkshakes, artisan chocolate truffles, a rotating menu of innovative ice cream flavors and sundaes. With events and game nights among the offerings, the new concept is much more than just a chocolate shop.
Maty's - Miami - March 2023: Chef Val Chang, one of the most acclaimed chefs in the Magic City, will open an ambitious new project with Maty’s, a gorgeous indoor/outdoor restaurant just minutes from Midtown Miami. Maty's will serve traditional Peruvian cuisine, inspired by her family, informed by her professional training, and imbued with her unique style and big punchy flavors. In addition to an expansive setting – 150 seats inside and out including two large communal tables – the restaurant will have a bustling bar and lounge featuring a dynamic cocktail, spirits and drinks menu that will surely make Maty’s as beloved for its bar scene as its cuisine.
