Cordova - Casa Monica Resort & Spa - St. Augustine - NOW OPEN: In mid-November 2023, the Casa Monica Resort & Spa launched a reimagined restaurant concept, Cordova – a Coastal Chophouse & Bar. This indulgent coastal chophouse comprised of 145 indoor seats, with a lounge, private dining room, and intimate wine room. The menu is inspired by the bright, fresh cuisine of Spain and Morocco and showcases classic chophouse favorites.
Pearl & Horn - Pensacola - NOW OPEN: Award-winning Chef George and his wife, Luba, brought something special to uptown Pensacola when they opened George Bistro + Bar. Now, they are excited to re-open Pearl & Horn in a new, larger location and bring their culinary delights to West Downtown Pensacola.
CENTRAL REGION
Ash - Tampa - NOW OPEN: Ash offers Italian-inspired cuisine and features an extensive outdoor patio. The new full-service restaurant marks Proper House Group and Chef Ferrell Alvarez’s third endeavor in the neighborhood, joining Gallito Taqueria and Dang Dude at Sparkman Wharf.
The Cake Bake Shop by Gwendolyn Rogers - Orlando - NOW OPEN: An Indiana-based table service restaurant and bakery, The Cake Bake Shop by Gwendolyn Rogers will open a new location at Disney’s BoardWalk in 2024. The restaurant will offer savory and sweet options, along with afternoon tea service, in a whimsical atmosphere. Offering a turn-of-the-20th-century seaside setting, Disney’s Boardwalk is part of Walt Disney World Resort and does not require theme park admission to enjoy.
Central Park Food Hall - St. Pete - 2025: Hi Hospitality Group has been working on transforming the nearly 28,000-square-foot space at 551 Central Avenue, formerly the Dome Grill. The highly anticipated venue will feature a variety of cuisines, price points, experiences and live events that will offer the community endless possibilities within the space. The five-story Central Hall Food Park is expected to debut in 2025.
Ocean Prime Sarasota - Sarasota - NOW OPEN: Ocean Prime Sarasota opened in late 2024, boasting more than 9,500 square feet of space spread across two stories, with outdoor terraces on each floor. The restaurant will include over 350 seats, two bats and two private dining rooms. The restaurant is located in the heart of The Quay Sarasota, an all-new 14-acre waterfront destination in the Sarasota Arts & Culture District that merges the scenic waterfront marina setting with luxury residences, upscale shopping and premier culinary experiences.
Packard's Steakhouse - Palm Harbor - NOW OPEN: Embark on a culinary journey with the grand reopening of Packard's Steakhouse. Tom's Watch Bar - Orlando - NOW OPEN: Go big or go home at Orlando's newest sports bar experience opened this spring, Tom’s Watch Bar, where every seat is the best seat in the house. Moody Tongue - West Palm Beach - NOW OPEN: Moody Tongue, the world’s first brewery to receive MICHELIN Stars, has its first Florida location, Moody Tongue Sushi West Palm Beach in January, the newest addition to its impressive culinary portfolio, at the Hilton West Palm Beach.
