Asado Life - St. Augustine - NOW OPEN: Opened in October 2022, Asado Life proudly features Leña - An Asado Dining Experience with live grilling at a unique, waterfront location, in historic Saint Augustine, FL. Asado Life is open for dining experiences by reservation Thursday-Sunday each week. Black Prong Bar & Grill at the Black Prong Equestrian Village - Bronson - NOW OPEN: In an area with limited options for elegant dining, Black Prong Equestrian Village is excited to announce the opening of the Black Prong Bar & Grill in December 2022! This addition to the property provides another dining option and gathering place for resort guests and members of the surrounding community. Featuring a cozy lounge, guests can relax and enjoy cocktails from the full-service bar and creative culinary experiences.
City Grille & Raw Bar - Jacksonville - NOW OPEN: Located in San Marco at the site of the former Wine Cellar restaurant on the Downtown Southbank, City Grille & Raw Bar opened this year. In their true-to-self form, the menu is nothing short of fresh and delicious. Expect seafood, steak and other seasonal specialties, as well as an extensive wine list from wine regions around the world. The Raw Bar features fresh oysters from the East and West Coasts as well as a selection of ceviche, tartar and crudo. One step inside will have you planning your next trip back. With a new experience around every corner, including a private Velvet Room, Tuscan Room, and Garden Room (just to name a few), you will be swept away in the surrounding atmosphere. Cordova - Casa Monica Resort & Spa - St. Augustine - November 2023: In mid-November, the Casa Monica Resort & Spa is launching a reimagined restaurant concept, Cordova – a Coastal Chophouse & Bar. This indulgent coastal chophouse comprised of 145 indoor seats, with a lounge, private dining room, and intimate wine room. The menu is inspired by the bright, fresh cuisine of Spain and Morocco and showcases classic chophouse favorites.
The Daytrader Tiki Bar & Restaurant - Seaside - NOW OPEN: Opened in May 2023, A new spot has come to Seaside, with tiki cocktails to toast the sunset. Chef Nikhil Abuvala, the genius behind Roux 30A and Nanbu, is creating a close to 5,000-square-foot space where guests can, “…trade a day at the office for a day at the beach.” The Daytrader Tiki Bar & Restaurant draws inspiration from the countries and cuisines found in Polynesia with a respectable nod to Hawaii and tiki culture. On the horizon are Sloppy Koa heaped with Angus beef and pineapple cabbage slaw sandwiched between Hawaiian sweet rolls, Spam Crispy Rice layered with oyster sauce, nori, egg, and other goodies, tangy Wahoo Poke piled high with jalapeno, radish, ginger, and bits of scallion, and crispy Lumpia filled with tender pork and Mang Tomas Sarsa for a taste of the Philippines.
Lotus Noodle Bar - St. Augustine - NOW OPEN: Opened in November 2022, former alumnus of 3-Star Michelin restaurant Le Bernardin in NYC, Chef Barry Honan has brought his new restaurant, Lotus Noodle Bar to St. Augustine. Chef Barry expanded his creative culinary journey, elevating Ramen to a different level. Lotus has a style that is described as modern Japanese integrated with French techniques.
Pesca by Michael's - St. Augustine - NOW OPEN: Popular St. Augustine Chef Michael Lugo is opening his next great Florida Restaurant in 2023, Pesca by Michael. This dining establishment will combine bold Latin flavors with fresh Florida local sourced ingredients . Comprised of an elegant dining room inspired by Miami’s Art Deco architecture, along with a rooftop bar and grill offering live music and panoramic coastal views, Pesca by Michael’s will bring a new and exciting culinary concept to Northeast Florida’s growing culinary scene.
CENTRAL REGION
The 301 - Sebring - NOW OPEN: A new nano craft brewery, micro-distillery, and Italian eatery from the owners of Sugar Sand Distillery. The distillery is a true Florida craft distillery, distilling on site from produce grown locally by the owners. The brewery produces one barrel at a time, featuring four-to-six different types of beer.
Ash - Tampa - Spring 2024: Ash will offer Italian-inspired cuisine and features an extensive outdoor patio. The new full-service restaurant marks Proper House Group and Chef Ferrell Alvarez’s third endeavor in the neighborhood, joining Gallito Taqueria and Dang Dude at Sparkman Wharf.
Bake My Day - Universal Studios - Universal Orlando Resort - Orlando - NOW OPEN: Topped with a massive pink cupcake that’s visible from anywhere in the land, Bake My Day is a whimsical retail location and bakery featuring a selection of Minion-themed sweet treats, including cupcakes, macarons, s’mores and more, along with exclusive Minion-inspired merchandise like apparel, plush, drinkware, accessories, keychains and more.
Blue Bamboo Bar - Discovery Cove - Orlando - NOW OPEN: This tiki-style bar is beautiful enough as it is, with wooden swing seats and exotic blue bamboo details, but its location on the shores of Serenity Bay makes it even more picturesque. After you’ve taken a selfie in front of the ‘Paradise Found’ bamboo wall, you can grab some snacks, including cookies, soft pretzels and crisps, or settle in for a refreshing drink (or two).
Brew Theory Marketplace - Apopka - 2023: An all-new food hall coming to Apopka in 2023, Brew Theory Marketplace will feature a full liquor bar, Brew Theory taproom, a beer garden and various retail tenants. Apopka is approximately 30 minutes north of our main tourism districts.
The Cake Bake Shop by Gwendolyn Rogers - Orlando - 2023: An Indiana-based table service restaurant and bakery, The Cake Bake Shop by Gwendolyn Rogers will open a new location at Disney’s BoardWalk in 2023. The restaurant will offer savory and sweet options, along with afternoon tea service, in a whimsical atmosphere. Offering a turn-of-the-20th-century seaside setting, Disney’s Boardwalk is part of Walt Disney World Resort and does not require theme park admission to enjoy.
Descend 21 at Hyatt Regency Orlando - Orlando - NOW OPEN: Opened February 2023, Hyatt Regency Orlando’s newest food & beverage concept – Descend 21. Named for the number of steps in its curved staircase entrance, the social club and entertainment lounge offers a dynamic indoor-outdoor experience for guests and private events. In addition to communal tables, lounge seating and an expanded terrace with fire pits, guests are able to enjoy billiards, electric darts and Topgolf Swing Suites® while tuning into multiple TVs for the latest action.
Illumination's Minion Cafe - Universal Studios - Universal Orlando Resort - Orlando - NOW OPEN: It’s Minions in the kitchen, mischief in the dining room, and tons of tasty food at the new Illumination’s Minion Cafe – the marquee dining location within Minion Land. This immersive new eatery offers something for every palate in a highly-entertaining dining experience that features three themed areas designed after beloved Minions Kevin, Stuart, Bob and Otto: the Kitchen – where guests will get a glimpse of the equipment and gear the Minions have used to whip up the cafe’s menu; the Breakroom – where guests can dine in the Minions’ break space that includes everything from “Office Safety Tips” to a vending machine stocked with mischievous items; and the Dining Room – a vibrant space adorned with colorful artwork courtesy of the Minions and more. Ocean Prime Sarasota - Sarasota - Late 2024: Ocean Prime Sarasota is scheduled to open in late 2024, boasting more than 9,500 square feet of space spread across two stories, with outdoor terraces on each floor. The restaurant will include over 350 seats, two bats and two private dining rooms. The restaurant will be located in the heart of The Quay Sarasota, an all-new 14-acre waterfront destination in the Sarasota Arts & Culture District that merges the scenic waterfront marina setting with luxury residences, upscale shopping and premier culinary experiences.
The Office Bar Orlando - Orlando - NOW OPEN: The Office Bar Orlando is a go-to spot for all UCF events. With Knightly specials and a fun, casual ambiance, it's perfect for students and alumni alike. Fresh wraps and bites are prepared by Mom's Underground Kitchen.

The Pearl - Tampa - NOW OPEN: Opened in March, located in the heart of downtown Tampa, The Pearl at Water Street is now open. The Pearl, a Cameron Mitchell Restaurant, combines restaurant, tavern, and oyster room featuring chef-driven cuisine with made-from-scratch entrees, fresh seafood, seasonal oysters, and an extensive beverage menu that will serve lunch, dinner, and weekend brunch.

Rosa Mexicano - Orlando - NOW OPEN: Opening its first Orlando-area location at Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Resort in early 2023, Rosa Mexicano showcases a contemporary interpretation of authentic Mexican cuisine, including beloved classics and innovative dishes that pay tribute to Mexico’s richly varied culinary regions. The restaurant also features an extensive beverage program boasting over 100 varieties of tequila and agave-based spirits.
Union New American - Tampa - NOW OPEN: Opened in April, the two-floor dining experience features a contemporary menu of high-quality, globally inspired fare. The restaurant feature global flavors and techniques into familiar classics, to create a truly eclectic, modern American cuisine. The dishes are all centered around a custom, live-fire hearth, which will be in full view from the dining room.
Woody’s Roundup Rodeo BBQ - Hollywood Studios - Walt Disney World - Orlando - NOW OPEN: Andy’s backyard is getting ready for more toys! Roundup Rodeo BBQ opened in Spring 2023 in Disney’s Hollywood Studios to welcome guests for delicious barbecue and toy-sized fun. Using his imagination, Woody’s Roundup toys, and other playthings, Andy has built a rodeo restaurant for all his pals. Enter the dining room and discover just how much fun Andy had creating a rollicking place for honorary toys to enjoy barbecue-inspired comfort foods served family-style, with platters of house-smoked meats, a roundup of sides and some miniature sweet surprises along the way.
SOUTHERN REGION
ADRIFT Mare - Miami - NOW OPEN: Drawing inspiration from Chef David Myers’ worldly travels, ADRIFT Mare, opened in July of 2023, artfully melds the chicness of the French Riviera, the relaxed vibe of the Balearic Islands, warm Levant hospitality and the gentle rhythms of the Greek Isles. The restaurant delivers a captivating culinary experience that offers a taste of a spirited life along the Mediterranean coastline. To complement Myers’ gastronomic offerings, the restaurant has partnered with internationally renowned cocktail masters, Moe Aljaff and Juliette Larrouy. Located on the 25th floor of the luxurious Hotel AKA Brickell, this will be Chef Myers’ first-ever East coast concept under the global ADRIFT brand.
Bob's Bunz New Location - Islamorada - NOW OPEN: In Islamorada the well-known Bob’s Bunz, known for its hamburger-sized cinnamon and sticky buns dubbed the “best Bunz in town,” has a new location at 81001 Overseas Highway, opened Fall 2022. The eatery offers popular grab-to-go treats such as souvenir brown bags with bite-sized Key lime cookies homemade with Key lime white chocolate chips and a hint of coconut. It’s open daily from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Bōken at Eau Palm Beach Resort & Spa - Palm Beach - NOW OPEN: Opened December 2022, Palm Beach's first Omakase experience has debuted at Eau Palm Beach Resort & Spa with the opening of Bōken. The intimate 12-seat Omakase dining experience takes guests on an epicurean journey through five culinary adventures with 15 courses total, prepared and presented by Chef Chris Cantrel. The menu is upon chef's whim based on the fresh catch and seasonal ingredients and features local fish and premium fish to offer a modern take on sushi, sashimi and nigiri.
The Fort Social - St. Lucie - NOW OPEN: In Historic Downtown Fort Pierce, visitors will discover “the art of socializing” at The Fort Social. A spinoff of the celebrated Fort Steakhouse, The Fort Social designed its menu to cater to socializing with burgers and steaks alongside shared plates.
The Green Pointe - Aventura - NOW OPEN: Aventura’s culinary landscape is about to be infused with a touch of modernity as “The Green Pointe” has opened its doors. This family-run Italian restaurant, nestled in a serene neighborhood, offers breakfast, lunch, and dinner, providing a contemporary twist on traditional Italian cuisine. Focusing on pasta, pizza, seafood, and steaks, “The Green Pointe” has quickly gained a devoted following and earned glowing accolades on popular review platforms.
Hof’s House of Sweets - Fort Lauderdale - NOW OPEN: South Florida-based Hoffman’s Chocolates has opened Hof’s House of Sweets in Downtown Fort Lauderdale. Opened in September 2022, the new concept offers locals and tourists alike a chance to indulge in a living room-style setting to sample donuts, waffles, whoopie pies, milkshakes, artisan chocolate truffles, a rotating menu of innovative ice cream flavors and sundaes. Italian Food Company - Islamorada - 2024: After opening three successful restaurants across the Florida Keys, the Italian Food Company is in the planning stages for a fourth concept in Islamorada that will take the form of a Lido Beach style waterfront restaurant with boat access, that will serve sandwiches on fresh focaccia, grilled fish, and meats. Who knows, they might even add a fish sandwich to
the menu – with an Italian twist, of course.
Koko by Bakan - Miami - NOW OPEN: Nestled in the natural tree canopy of Coconut Grove, the 6,000 square-foot indoor and outdoor restaurant & bar transports guests to Mexico with its sophisticated and artistic design, cacti garden, and outdoor bar & terrace. Opened in May, the 170 seat restaurant & bar conveys a fun, lively and warm environment to enjoy a true Mexican experience – from the open view kitchen allowing guests to witness the art of handcrafted tortilla making to the spectacular display wall showcasing more than 400 mezcales and tequilas.
Maty's - Miami - NOW OPEN: Chef Val Chang, one of the most acclaimed chefs in the Magic City, will open an ambitious new project with Maty’s, a gorgeous indoor/outdoor restaurant just minutes from Midtown Miami. Maty's serves traditional Peruvian cuisine, inspired by her family, informed by her professional training, and imbued with her unique style and big punchy flavors. In addition to an expansive setting – 150 seats inside and out including two large communal tables – the restaurant has a bustling bar and lounge featuring a dynamic cocktail, spirits and drinks menu that will surely make Maty’s as beloved for its bar scene as its cuisine.
Street Eatz & Ale - Pine Island - NOW OPEN: Fort Myers Beach chef Reid Freeman and his wife Natasha have opened Street Eatz & Ale restaurant in Bokeelia on Pine Island. Opened in April, The Street Eatz & Ale menu offers a variety of options including smashburgers, homestyle chicken tenders, Cuban sandwiches, peel-and-eat shrimp and blackened, grilled or fried Gulf domestic grouper.
Warren American Whiskey Kitchen - Naples - 2023: Described as a scratch kitchen with a world-class whiskey collection and contemporary American cuisine, the new restaurant will feature a lounge space for their private cocktail club and host an array of benefits for members. The Warren American Whiskey Kitchen has only one other location in Delray Beach, making this an exciting and unique new offering in Naples.
